On Political Parties - Federal Law No.95-FZ of July 11, 2001 (Final Version)

The Russian Federation recognizes political diversity and a multi-party system. Proceeding from this constitutional principle the state shall guarantee the equality of political parties before law regardless of the ideology, objectives and goals set out in their constituent and program documents.
The state shall guarantee the observance of the rights and legitimate interests of political parties.
