Translation of the federal law on Duma elections

Democracy.Ru is placing the English language unofficial translation of
the Federal Law on Duma Elections of December 20. 2002 for free and
non-commercial use.
The translation was done as part of our project of ensuring transparency of election processes in Russia and was made available thanks to financial support from US Agency for International Development (USAID).

We believe that Russian laws in English will help understand legal regulation of election process for scholars, diplomats, international observers and all those who care.
